(Gaborone, Botswana)
I hold a Diploma in library and Information Studies and have worked for Botswana Government under the department of library and Information Studies as a Principal Library Officer for 8 years. Currently I am an undergraduate student pursuing my last year for Degree in Library and Information Studies at the University of Botswana in Gaborone, Botswana. Knowledge Management is one of my core courses which is called (LIS 403)during this semester from August 2012 until December 2012, therefore requires me to let go of what i knew and learn new knowledge to be an agent of change.
My particular Knowledge Management interests are to learn more on how to create, share and act upon new knowledge to improve on my performance and skills so that my workplace and businesses that i will join in the future will be improved and become successfull. This will yield good results because i will end up leading my organization to implement knowledge management and improved productivity.
