As a Knowledge Manager at PT Mobee Indonesia / BlueMoon Tech Inc, I'm running a Social Networking Group (SNS) MOBEE KNOWLEDGE CoP (http://mobeeknowledge.ning.com) dedicated to “Learn how to be in state of LEARNING, GROWTH, and INNOVATION by learning the issues of our enterprise emerging Technologies, Market, and People through our Community of Practice (COP) in Knowledge Management (KM)”.

PT Mobee is a start up company in mobile content compression research technology, carrying out rich content delivery to create future smart mobile portal. Founded at the beginning of 2006 in Jakarta, Indonesia, is a company having bright future, mainly dedicated in developing new technologies for business and media companies in the mobile market through the medium of ODP (On Device Portal) publishing technology. Today, PT Mobee has a successful unique end-to-end technology for mobile enabling business and multimedia content, easy to use and cost effective. At present the company is owned by its investors and founders, which gives Mobee the financial platform to develop and expand worldwide. PT Mobee with BlueMoon Tech Inc as its holding company is a start up hi-tech R&D and innovative company. Instead of completing our 3 years ahead business program of next generation of media platform and infrastructure services including : Mobile rich content delivery technology, Audio and Video on demand, Low cost electronic paper for reading device & external promotional signboard, and Large scale user data & behavior intelligent profiling, we also develop worldwide technology commercialization as well as technology leveraging.

To anticipate the phenomenon of our "emerging Technologies", "emerging Market", as well as "emerging People" as our content, we develop Mobee's Knowledge-based "cross cutting theme".

Our social network site Mobee Knowledge COP created to develop Knowledge Management (KM)-based Community of Practice (COP) functioning as "cross cutting theme" which is important for the members (inside as well as outside our company) because we can get the benefit of it by : Connect people, Provide a shared context, Enable dialogue, Stimulate Learning, Capture and diffuse existing knowledge, Introduce collaborative processes, Help people organize, and Generate new knowledge.

My special related interest are Medical Education and Learning Technologies regarding I was the Dean of a Medical School (1985-1990) in Indonesia
