(London, UK)
Martin Rich initially worked in the information systems sector as a consultant and project manager, before joining Cass Business School as a lecturer. Much of his current teaching and research has a strong knowledge management slant, notably reviewing the relevance of knowledge to the issues that now surround IT management. During his career at Cass he has taken responsibility for a series of innovative applications of technology to management learning, all of them underpinned by a thorough research foundation.
For the 2003-2004 academic year, he was one of City University's teaching and learning fellows, and has used this to pursue particular interests, in the scholarship of teaching and learning, as applied to management education. He is currently researching the use of technology by the millennial generation (those born since about 1982), an issue which has considerable issues for businesses in the future.
