We are trying to implement a new KM structure in our organization and I need ideas on how should the KM governance be structured.
I have looked into lot of documents available online but none of them provide the structure what I'm looking for.
I need a format or structure which defines what KM governance to use,how the organization should adhere to the governance put in place, what are the dos and donts and what are the pros and cons of having KM Governance and KM in place.
