The Global Technology Network (GTN) has a vacancy for Knowledge Management (KM) Expert within Process Excellence (Knowledge Management Team). This role is a global role based in Sittard, The Netherlands. The GTN is an organization with the Technology & Innovation (T&I) function and is responsible for the processes, systems, and communications that enable the overall T&I organization to function effectively and efficiently, including support for stage-gate processes, metrics, ISO certifications, Lean Six Sigma, Knowledge Management, Information Services (library), and Technology Trade Compliance.



The Challenge

A key challenge to this role is to instill a culture of knowledge ?capture, share, apply, and improve? across the global T&I organization including SABIC Technology Centers (STCs) and SBU Technology teams comprising in total 1500 employees across multiple locations in the U.S., Bergen op Zoom and Geleen (Netherlands), Bangalore and Baroda (India), Riyadh and Jubail (Saudi Arabia), and Shanghai, China. This will require culture change and the development/improvement of novel processes-systems.
