This is important to ensure maintained interest in your site and especially in the field of KM, rather than the opposite. For instance your sentence:

"KM is the act of staging the human as well as the organization enlightment process by means of managing the transformation of their information content into knowledge and beyond in which the processes mainly towards learning, growth and innovation leveraged by certain standards, tools and the processes itself as well are the primary emphasize"

This sentence is overlong and has an unclear ending. What do you mean by "primary emphasize"? Perhaps the sentence could be improved as follows:

"KM is the act of staging (do you mean phasing?) human as well as organizational enlightment processes by means of managing the transformation of information into knowledge and beyond. This is implemented with an emphasis on learning, growth and innovation using certain standards, tools and processes".

The definition has cover the people, process and technology as well as the content.

One things that I havn't found explicitly is the company which commits to do so to run the initiative strategically.

I think that a good design about KM-online.com, but If we want to fill all the menu on that webside is not easy, especially KM global directory, KM consulting, KM measures, etc.
I suggested that you can create that is easy one to fill one topics first, so that by step by step you can add your topics/theme, what do you think ?
