Hi Ron,
I better understand the linkage of various dimensions of KM. No wonder why most KM initiatives in organizations are not so successful. I beleive most people forgot about personal KM which is essentail foundation of KM success.
The challenge for Thailand is how we can build personal KM competency in students, starting from basic to higher education.
