Knowledge is power,so in this very turbulent environment if every organization desires to be competitive and sustain its situation in the market,I think KM implementation is a must.
As as an acadimic an consultant I am interested in various aspects of KM,including CSFs of KM implementation, KM systems and also enablers,challenges and barriers organizations face when implemneting KM,particularily in developing countries.

Mr. Valmohammadi is not qualified in Supply chain Area. he evan can not speak ENGLISH in common way.so i recommend Mr. Valmohammadi go to English class first.
