I am pleased to see that you have chosen to move into the KM profession as a Consultant, I assume full time.

I am motivated to write this comment to encourage you primarily because I did some consultancy for one of your government organisations some years back, so I have been to Jakarta.

It seems that you have already been blessed as a KM Consultant, because although you have only been consulting for a year you have "consulted several companies".

It is very true, as you said, that you do indeed have a lot to learn. But as long as you have the zeal to learn, and especially to learn from the inevitable wrong turns (which may not necessarily be your fault, or even avoidable), then over the coming years we should all be hearing of the great work you are doing and of course your major contribution to knowledge management, not only in Indonesia but globally.

May you increasingly be a blessing to the KM world.
